Q: Do I need to print out an e-ticket when presenting it at the entrance to the theater?
A: If you purchased an e-ticket, you do not need to print it out. You can show it on your phone or tablet screen. The main thing is that it is clear and well-readable.
Q: At what age does a child need a separate ticket?
A: Young viewers under the age of 2 years old, can pass on the same ticket with an adult without providing a separate seat. However, each viewer over a certain age must purchase a separate ticket.
Please note that the theater administration has the right to ask for a document certifying the child’s age when checking tickets.
Please, keep in mind that the average duration of a performance in our theater is 1 hour and 30 minutes, so calculate the strength and patience of your young theater-goer in advance. If you doubt that the child will stand the whole performance, it is better to take seats on the edge, so that you can go out without disturbing other viewers.
